Estos términos son el acuerdo entre tú y Cremiosis Store por el uso del panel y de los juegos. Al crear tu cuenta, pagar o usar el panel los estás aceptando.

1. Quiénes somos

Cremiosis Store es un servicio operado por una persona física desde México. Nos contactas por correo en soporte@cremiosis.store o en nuestro servidor de Discord Cremiosis Store (discord.gg/w3g7ZmXMGP), que es también nuestro canal de soporte. Contestamos en un máximo de 2 días hábiles.

2. Qué es el producto

Un panel web (software en línea) que se conecta a tu Live de TikTok y a una experiencia de Roblox: tus espectadores comentan su usuario de Roblox y aparecen dentro del juego, y los regalos y likes que te mandan disparan lo que pasa ahí. Tú controlas todo desde tu panel.

El panel se vende como membresía por días, de pago único. Incluye los juegos y modos que existan en ese momento; los que salgan después entran en la misma membresía, sin costo extra.

3. Quién puede contratar

• Tienes que tener 18 años o más. TikTok solo deja hacer Lives a mayores de 18 y nuestro procesador de pagos solo acepta compradores mayores de edad.
• Necesitas tu propia cuenta de TikTok y de Roblox, y cumplir las reglas de esas plataformas.
• Eres responsable de tu transmisión, de tu audiencia y del contenido que se muestra en ella.

4. Tu cuenta

• Cada cuenta es para una sola persona y solo puede haber una sesión abierta a la vez: si entras en otro navegador o dispositivo, la anterior se cierra.
• No puedes compartir, prestar, vender ni revender tu cuenta. Si lo haces, podemos cortar el acceso sin reembolso.
• Cuidas tú tu contraseña. Avísanos si crees que alguien más la tiene.

5. Precios y pagos

• Los pagos en línea los procesa Lemon Squeezy, LLC como merchant of record (vendedor de registro): le compras a Lemon Squeezy, que cobra, emite tu factura y aplica los impuestos que correspondan a tu país; el cargo aparece en tu estado de cuenta a nombre de Lemon Squeezy. Al pagar aceptas también sus términos para compradores. Puedes pagar con tarjeta, PayPal y los demás medios que ofrezca su pasarela.
• El precio, la moneda y los días se te muestran antes de pagar; los impuestos de tu país, si aplican, se agregan en el checkout.
• Si en algún momento la tienda en línea no está disponible, puedes pedir tu membresía por nuestro canal de soporte y la activamos a mano en tu cuenta.
• Cada compra es un pago único: no hay cobros automáticos ni cargos recurrentes. Pagas los días de tu plan (30 en el mensual, 365 en el anual) y, si quieres seguir, renuevas cuando quieras: los días que compres se suman a los que te quedan.
• Podemos cambiar los precios cuando queramos, pero nunca afecta días que ya pagaste.
• El acceso se entrega en cuanto el pago se confirma.

6. Reembolsos

El acceso es inmediato y digital, así que no hacemos reembolsos una vez que la membresía se activa y entras al panel. Tampoco hay reembolso por:

• suspensiones, baneos o limitaciones de tu cuenta de TikTok o de Roblox;
• cambios, caídas o bloqueos de TikTok o de Roblox;
• problemas de tu equipo, tu internet o tu computadora;
• que dejes de usar el servicio o cambies de opinión.

Dos excepciones, porque son justas: si el servicio no funcionó por una falla nuestra y no la resolvimos en 7 días, te devolvemos la parte que no usaste; y si la ley de tu país te da un derecho de cancelación como consumidor (por ejemplo, los 14 días de desistimiento de la Unión Europea), lo respetamos.

Al comprar pides que tu membresía empiece de inmediato y aceptas que, en cuanto entras al panel, el servicio ya se está prestando y ese derecho de desistimiento se pierde, donde la ley lo permita.

Para pedir un reembolso escríbenos a soporte@cremiosis.store con el correo de tu cuenta y el número de tu pedido; contestamos en 2 días hábiles y, si procede, el dinero regresa al medio con el que pagaste. Como Lemon Squeezy es el merchant of record, también puede atender reembolsos y disputas conforme a sus términos. Antes de disputar el cargo con tu banco, escríbenos. 7. El servicio depende de TikTok y de Roblox

Para leer tu Live nos conectamos a TikTok por medios que no son una API oficial de TikTok. Eso significa que:

• la conexión puede fallar, ir lenta o detenerse en cualquier momento;
• TikTok puede cambiar su plataforma, bloquear conexiones o tomar medidas contra cuentas que usen herramientas de terceros;
• lo mismo aplica a Roblox y a los cambios que haga en su plataforma.

No prometemos que el servicio esté disponible todo el tiempo ni que sea "aprobado" o "seguro" para tu cuenta. Tú decides usarlo sabiendo esto.

8. De qué no nos hacemos responsables

Hasta donde la ley lo permite, no respondemos por:

• baneos, suspensiones, sombreados o limitaciones de tus cuentas de TikTok, Roblox o cualquier otra plataforma;
• pérdida de monedas, regalos, seguidores, vistas o ingresos;
• cortes, fallas o cambios de TikTok, Roblox, Discord, Lemon Squeezy o del hosting;
• lo que escriban, hagan o manden tus espectadores;
• daños indirectos o lucro cesante.

Si en algún caso tuviéramos que responder, el límite es lo que hayas pagado en los últimos 30 días.

9. Lo que no puedes hacer

• Revender, sublicenciar o dar acceso al panel a terceros.
• Copiar, descompilar o extraer el código, el diseño o los recursos del panel o del juego.
• Atacar, saturar o intentar entrar a partes del servicio que no son tuyas.
• Usar el servicio para contenido ilegal, de odio, sexual con menores, o que viole las reglas de TikTok o Roblox.
• Hacerte pasar por Cremiosis Store o decir que eres socio o representante nuestro.

10. Suspensión y cancelación

Podemos suspender o cancelar tu acceso si rompes estos términos, si compartes tu cuenta o si usas el servicio para algo ilegal; en esos casos no hay reembolso. Tú puedes dejar de usarlo cuando quieras: como no hay cobros automáticos, tu membresía simplemente se acaba cuando se terminan los días que pagaste y no renuevas.

11. Propiedad

El panel, su código, el juego, las animaciones, los textos y la marca Cremiosis Store son nuestros. Mientras tengas membresía activa te damos permiso personal, limitado e intransferible de usarlos para tus transmisiones.

Las canciones y archivos que subas siguen siendo tuyos, y eres responsable de tener derecho a usarlos. Nosotros solo los guardamos y los reproducimos en tu panel para que funcione la función de bailes.

12. Cambios

El servicio cambia seguido: pueden salir funciones nuevas, quitarse otras o haber mantenimiento. Estos términos también pueden cambiar; cuando pase, subimos la versión y te avisamos al entrar al panel. Si sigues usando el servicio, aplica la versión nueva.

13. Marcas de terceros

TikTok es una marca de ByteDance Ltd. y Roblox de Roblox Corporation. Cremiosis Store no está afiliado, patrocinado ni avalado por ninguno de los dos, ni por Discord. Lemon Squeezy es nuestro procesador de pagos (merchant of record), no un socio ni un patrocinador. Solo nos conectamos con sus servicios.

14. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Si eres consumidor en México, puedes acudir a la PROFECO. Si eres consumidor en otro país, conservas los derechos que te dé la ley de tu país: nada de lo que dice aquí te los quita.

These terms are the agreement between you and Cremiosis Store for the use of the panel and the games. By creating an account, paying or using the panel you accept them.

1. Who we are

Cremiosis Store is a service run by an individual based in Mexico. You can reach us by email at soporte@cremiosis.store or on our Discord server Cremiosis Store (discord.gg/w3g7ZmXMGP), which is also our support channel. We reply within 2 business days.

2. What the product is

A web panel (online software) that connects to your TikTok Live and to a Roblox experience: your viewers type their Roblox username and show up inside the game, and the gifts and likes they send drive what happens in there. You control everything from your panel.

The panel is sold as a membership measured in days, paid once. It includes the games and modes available at the time; new ones are included in the same membership at no extra cost.

3. Who can buy

• You must be 18 or older. TikTok only lets people 18+ go LIVE, and our payment processor only accepts adult buyers.
• You need your own TikTok and Roblox accounts, and you must follow those platforms' rules.
• You are responsible for your stream, your audience and the content shown in it.

4. Your account

• Each account is for one person and only one session can be open at a time: if you log in from another browser or device, the previous one is closed.
• You may not share, lend, sell or resell your account. If you do, we may cut off access with no refund.
• Keeping your password safe is on you. Tell us if you think someone else has it.

5. Prices and payments

• Online payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record: you purchase from Lemon Squeezy, which charges you, issues your invoice and applies the taxes of your country; the charge appears on your statement under Lemon Squeezy's name. By paying you also accept their buyer terms. You can pay by card, PayPal and the other methods their checkout offers.
• Price, currency and days are shown before you pay; your country's taxes, if any, are added at checkout.
• If the online store is ever unavailable, you can request your membership through our support channel and we activate it manually on your account.
• Every purchase is a one-time payment: there are no automatic or recurring charges. You pay for the days of your plan (30 on monthly, 365 on annual) and, if you want to keep going, you renew whenever you like: the days you buy are added to the ones you have left.
• We may change prices at any time, but never for days you already paid for.
• Access is delivered as soon as the payment is confirmed.

6. Refunds

Access is immediate and digital, so we do not issue refunds once the membership is activated and you enter the panel. There is also no refund for:

• suspensions, bans or limits on your TikTok or Roblox account;
• changes, outages or blocks on TikTok or Roblox;
• problems with your own hardware, computer or internet;
• you no longer using the service or changing your mind.

Two exceptions, because they are fair: if the service failed because of us and we did not fix it within 7 days, we refund the unused part; and if the law of your country gives you a consumer right to cancel (for example the 14-day withdrawal right in the European Union), we honour it.

When you buy, you ask for your membership to start immediately and you agree that, once you enter the panel, the service is already being supplied and that withdrawal right is lost, where the law allows it.

To request a refund, email soporte@cremiosis.store with your account email and your order number; we reply within 2 business days and, if it applies, the money goes back to the payment method you used. Because Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record, it may also handle refunds and disputes under its own terms. Before disputing the charge with your bank, write to us. 7. The service depends on TikTok and Roblox

To read your Live we connect to TikTok through means that are not an official TikTok API. That means:

• the connection can fail, slow down or stop at any time;
• TikTok may change its platform, block connections or act against accounts that use third-party tools;
• the same applies to Roblox and any changes it makes.

We do not promise the service will always be available, nor that it is "approved" or "safe" for your account. You choose to use it knowing this.

8. What we are not responsible for

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for:

• bans, suspensions, shadowbans or limits on your TikTok, Roblox or any other account;
• loss of coins, gifts, followers, views or income;
• outages or changes at TikTok, Roblox, Discord, Lemon Squeezy or our hosting;
• what your viewers write, do or send;
• indirect damages or lost profits.

If we ever had to be liable, the cap is what you paid in the last 30 days.

9. What you may not do

• Resell, sublicense or give third parties access to the panel.
• Copy, decompile or extract the code, design or assets of the panel or the game.
• Attack, overload or try to reach parts of the service that are not yours.
• Use the service for illegal content, hate, sexual content involving minors, or anything against TikTok's or Roblox's rules.
• Pass yourself off as Cremiosis Store or claim to be our partner or representative.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or cancel your access if you break these terms, share your account or use the service for something illegal; in those cases there is no refund. You can stop using it whenever you want: since there are no automatic charges, your membership simply ends when the days you paid for run out and you do not renew.

11. Ownership

The panel, its code, the game, the animations, the texts and the Cremiosis Store brand are ours. While your membership is active we grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable permission to use them for your streams.

Songs and files you upload stay yours, and you are responsible for having the right to use them. We only store them and play them in your panel so the dance feature works.

12. Changes

The service changes often: features may be added, removed, or go down for maintenance. These terms can change too; when that happens we bump the version and tell you when you enter the panel. If you keep using the service, the new version applies.

13. Third-party trademarks

TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd. and Roblox of Roblox Corporation. Cremiosis Store is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by either of them, nor by Discord. Lemon Squeezy is our payment processor (merchant of record), not a partner or sponsor. We only connect to their services.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Mexican consumers may go to PROFECO. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the rights your own law gives you: nothing here takes them away.
